Optimization and Cropping

Optimization of an Image or a photo mainly refers to optional modification or alteration of the image (such as reduction of size and scope) to be used suitably by another program or application. Scope refers to the range or extent of visualization of the photo. Framing, shading, insertion of text and captioning are occasionally included under the same category.

Optimization can be achieved by using a number of online and desktop applications.

Microsoft Paint is the most commonly used application to reduce the size and scope.
